We offer free consultations and estimates. Scheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

Appointment times are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or delays in prior projects. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your scheduled appointment.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

 

3. Payments and Deposits

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or additional collection efforts.

Removing fragile or valuable items from the project area.
Addressing structural issues (e.g., water damage) that could impact the quality of the service.

 

5. Service Guarantees
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. If any issues arise related to the services provided:
You must notify us within 30 days of project completion.
We will review and address concerns promptly, including repairs or adjustments if deemed necessary.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors such as improper maintenance, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear.

 

6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 General Liability
While we strive to perform all services with care and professionalism, World of Wallpaper & Painting Inc. is not liable for:
Damage to personal items not removed from the work area.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
Issues arising from pre-existing conditions (e.g., structural damage, mold).

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
